We're excited to have you join our community. To ensure a positive and supportive environment for all members, please adhere to the following guidelines.

  1. Respect and Inclusivity:

    • Treat all members with respect, kindness, and courtesy.

    • Embrace diversity and inclusivity. We celebrate the unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives of our members.

    • Avoid making assumptions or generalizations based on gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristic.

  2. Professional Conduct:

    • Maintain professionalism in all interactions within the group.

    • Refrain from engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour.

    • Be mindful of your language and tone when communicating with other members.

  3. Confidentiality:

    • Respect the confidentiality of information shared within the group. What is discussed in our networking events or online platforms should remain within the community.

    • Adhere to the principles of Chatham House Rules when applicable. This means that information shared during certain discussions should be treated as confidential, and participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.

  4. Promotion and Solicitation:

    • Avoid excessive self-promotion or solicitation within the group.

    • Direct advertising or spamming is not permitted.

  5. Constructive Engagement:

    • Engage in constructive discussions and contribute positively to the group's conversations.

    • Share knowledge, insights, and resources that may benefit other members.

    • Offer support and encouragement to fellow members in their professional endeavours.

  6. Feedback and Conflict Resolution:

    • Provide feedback respectfully and constructively when appropriate.

    • Address conflicts or disagreements in a mature and respectful manner, focusing on finding solutions rather than escalating tensions.

    • If you encounter any issues or concerns within the group, please reach out to the Potentia team for assistance.

  7. Compliance with Group Policies:

    • Familiarise yourself with and abide by the group's rules and policies.

    • Failure to comply with the community guidelines may result in removal from the group.

  8. Continuous Improvement:

    • We value feedback from our members. If you have suggestions for improving the group or its activities, please share them with the administrators.
