Respect the confidentiality of information shared within the group. What is discussed in our networking events or online platforms should remain within the community.

Adhere to the principles of Chatham House Rules when applicable. This means that information shared during certain discussions should be treated as confidential, and participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.

Avoid excessive self-promotion or solicitation within the group.

Direct advertising or spamming is not permitted.

Engage in constructive discussions and contribute positively to the group’s conversations.

Share knowledge, insights, and resources that may benefit other members.

Offer support and encouragement to fellow members in their professional endeavours.

Provide feedback respectfully and constructively when appropriate.

Address conflicts or disagreements in a mature and respectful manner, focusing on finding solutions rather than escalating tensions.

Failure to comply with the community guidelines may result in removal from the group.
