We are delighted to announce that Potentia will be running a Financial Wellbeing Breakfast at The Ned on Wednesday 21st January, in collaboration with Lloyds Banking Group, who are our first corporate sponsor!
Kindly hosted by The Ned, the event will have a networking and wellness theme. Attendees will have the opportunity to take guided tours of The Ned, attend informative financial wellbeing talks run by Lloyds and Scottish Widows, as well as networking with other senior female leaders over breakfast.
Due to securing a larger room, we have been able to open this event to a larger cohort of our members and we would be delighted for you to join us for a fantastic morning of learning, networking, and connecting.

We will be hearing from three speakers:
Lasma Orlovska, Managing Director (Payments and Cash Management, Lloyds Transaction Banking)
Lasma Orlovska is Managing Director for Payments and Cash Management at Lloyds Transaction Banking, bringing extensive experience across the front- and back-office operations of corporate banking. Lasma will open Lloyds Banking Group’s presentations and share insights from her professional journey as a woman in corporate banking.
Anne-Sophie Estace, Private Banking Director:
Anne-Sophie Estace is a Private Banking Director at Lloyds Banking Group, with over 19 years’ experience in financial services and a deep expertise in private banking and relationship management. Anne-Sophie will discuss wealth and financial wellbeing, drawing on her experience helping individuals and families make informed, sustainable financial decisions.
Douglas Simpson, Business Development Manager, Scottish Widows:
Douglas Simpson will share powerful insights from Scottish Widows on the realities women face in retirement and the progress still needed to close the pension gap. He’ll also introduce the Pension Mirror — a tool designed to give women clarity, confidence, and control over their financial future.
