Altair works with senior leaders and organisations on leadership development, career strategy and transitions, and building high-performance teams. Their experience brings a valuable perspective to setting the tone for the programme.

• Sharing best practice for getting the most out of mentoring

• Addressing common questions and challenges mentees face
