Our process

Our mentoring program spans four cohorts: NED, CFO, FD, and Finance Department Heads. We match mentors with mentees through surveys identifying goals and expertise.
Applications open June 2025, with chemistry meetings June-August. The program includes four sessions over six months, with an option to renew.
