Our process

Our mentoring program spans four cohorts: NED, CFO, FD, and Finance Department Heads. We match mentors with mentees through surveys identifying goals and expertise.

The 2026 Mentorship Scheme is now live. Applications for the 2027 scheme will open in July 2026. The programme includes four sessions over six months, with an option to renew.
