Last week we hosted our first in-person panel discussion for our members. This event was targeted at up-and-coming finance leaders with the goal of equipping them with strategies on how to navigate the challenging dynamics in the workplace. We were thrilled to welcome three of Potentia’s Founding Members to speak on the panel, each shared their insights on building effective stakeholder relationships and navigating complex workplace dynamics:
